His expertise spans enterprise architecture, AI/ML systems, cloud infrastructure, and business process automation. Jarvis holds multiple MIT Professional Education certifications in AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and technology leadership. At CharitySoft, he leverages this deep technical expertise and modern AI tools to help charities achieve what would typically require enterprise budgets—but with his spare time and a passion for giving back.

Sowmya is an IT architect with over two decades of experience designing solutions across insurance, fintech, and SaaS sectors. Currently an architect at Vitech Systems Group, she's AWS certified and specializes in turning ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable technical strategies. She's passionate about context-driven AI implementation and believes senior technical judgment is critical to prevent AI tools from creating security vulnerabilities or architectural disasters. At CharitySoft, she ensures we're solving the right problems for charities—asking tough questions like "Will this genuinely make your work easier?" and "How will we measure if this actually helped?" Her focus is on building sustainable solutions that deliver real impact, not just impressive technology.
Between the two of us, we've architected enterprise systems, led digital transformations, and built everything from AI platforms to complex integrations. Now we're using all that expertise—and modern AI tools—to give back to causes that matter.
